History

Established in 1992.

ESG was formed in 1992 by Timothy O’Dell and Cory Houchin following the closure of SEC Donohue’s (a Waste Management Company) office in Tampa. Mr. O’Dell, President, is an environmental scientist with over thirty five years experience in air and water permitting, industrial hygiene, ambient air monitoring, environmental science and analytical chemistry. Mr. Houchin, Sec/​Treas, is an environmental engineer, with more than twenty five years experience in all areas of environmental regulation. The Company’s focus is on developing sound, economically feasible solutions to environmental situations such that the community, business and regulatory entities are benefited.
