I’ve been here a few times over the years. I’ve never had outstanding customer service or great deals on smokes, but I always like to give places 2nd and 3rd chances after time passes. Well, a few weeks ago, I stopped in because I was in the hood. I walked up to the door at 7:05 PM, only to find it locked. People inside see me, then look away. Not a care in the world. So I look at the hours on the door and noticed they closed 5 minutes earlier. First off, who the hell closes at 7 PM on a Friday? Second, why would the staff turn down money 5 minutes after closing? This will definitely be my last trip to this place. There are just too many spot to buy smokes to deal with Edward’s.

I just had a great experience here. I walked in looking for Cavendish cherry tobacco and I was met with warm welcomes and great advice from the manager, Manny. He spent time getting to know us and was legitimately interested in what I needed. He also helped my girlfriend pick out a small pipe and instructed her on how to use it. I’m looking forward to many future visits and I can’t believe it took me this long to realize what a great shop we have here in Tampa.

Edward’s Pipe & Tobacco Shop is a must for cigar enthusiasts.
This small store in South Tampa carries many favorite brands and has a great cigar bar to smoke at while making friends with the locals. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. My husband had trouble refilling his cigar lighter and the staff was able to fix the lighter in minutes, free of charge.
Check out their humidor room in the back of the store for a great selection of well priced cigars!

I rarely give five stars, but this is one place I will go back to again and again. The broad range of options, the knowledge of the staff, and the friendliness of the «regulars» makes this a must stop when in Tampa for cigar lovers.
