He obtained his undergraduate degree from Duke University and continued on to earn law degrees from Florida State University Law School and Harvard University, School of Law. His practice focuses on all areas of civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. He is dedicated to achieving justice for all.

Dennis Hernandez founded the law firm Dennis Hernandez & Associates, PA in 1997. He became an attorney at about the age of 23, having obtained his undergraduate degree from Duke University and continued on to earn law degrees from Florida State University Law School and Harvard University, School of Law. His practice focuses on all areas of civil litigation and achieving justice for all. In addition to being a member of the Florida Bar, Dennis Hernandez is a member of the United States Middle District of Florida Federal Court, the United States Southern District of Florida, the United States Eleventh District Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
