Deb Oxley launched her full-​time career in real estate in January 2009 after 29 years in corporate world focused in finance, marketing, and contract negotiation. This experience helps her to ensure YOU will receive innovative and fiscally sound consulting advice for your real estate transaction. The contract experience enables her to be a shrewd contract negotiator for YOU. Once under contract, she will monitor commitments and deadlines in the closing process making certain your transaction occurs with minimal discomfort. In 2011, the business was incorporated as Deborah Pagels Oxley LLC. Deb has continued to expand and enhance her business, meeting the changing needs of the consumer in the most professional and ethical manner.

Deb Oxley was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant, MI. She graduated from Northwood University in Midland, MI with a BBA having a major in Accounting. Deb moved to Tampa Florida in 1981 and earned her Masters in Business from University of Tampa. She has worked in various financial positions for Centel, GTE, Genuity, Danka and Raymond James Financial. Over these years, she has gotten to know and love Tampa Bay; for its people and communities. In late 2008, Deb joined Keller Williams Realty Tampa Central office as a part-​time agent while she established the business. In January 2009, Deb launched her new career as a full-​time agent with Keller Williams. This was the start of her life long passion to open her own business. Today, Deb continues to put the customer first in her operations, always seeking to make the real estate transaction experience as pleasant and positive as possible.
