It’s a place where one can avoid the hustle and bustle of other salons. We specialize in precision hair cutting, color and blonding, keratin treatments, extensions and most of all, customer service. We offer top of the line color products, including L’Anza Healing Haircolor, Framesi and Wella.

History

Established in 2005.

The David Gavin Salon started as a vision. Owners, David Ramon and Jeffrey Gavin Lyle, believed that hair styling was an art form. With that in mind, the New York City stylists opened the first David Gavin Salon in Manhattan during 1986. Because of their meticulous approach, they soon boasted celebrity clients such as Kevin Bacon, Jolie Richardson, Kiera Sedgwick, and the entire Redgrave family. The Tampa salon opened in 2005.

I moved to Tampa four years ago looking for a salon that had the latest and greatest hair products and services I was used to up north. The David Gavin salon has exceeded all my expectations. They have one-​of-​a-​kind premium offerings such as Keratin treatments, Kashmir Botox treatments, deep conditioning and Lanza products. But what makes this salon so special is its people. This upscale salon is filled with a talented team that works together and makes each client feel special and welcomed.

LOVED this place. Was referred by a friend from work and thank goodness. My hair needed some help, and my stylist Brent did a fantastic job. I left with hair that lays well, is easy to maintain with minimal effort, and looks like a cut-​and not a thrown together mess. Everyone was friendly, the offered water, and it was a nice establishment.

Amazing salon! I have been going there for 6 years and I have had my hair cut or colored by every one who works there and I’ve always walked away with exactly what I wanted.
