Cypress Grand

I moved in Oct 2014 and was horrified after the first night. I asked for a quite space and what I got was a total opposite. The interior construction is poor at best making horrifically LOUD inside. The squeezing of the old wooded floor boards that so desperately need replacement made sleep impossible and was so loud I have to turn my TV on maximum volume just to hear it when she was home. It was louder than my dishwasher. I heard every step my upstairs neighbor and her cat took. All I got from management when I complained was was older apartment squeak and to bad. I could not wait to get out of there.
And now they are saying that I had late rent and are charging me $ 100 because my auto payment March check was 1 day late due to Feb being a short month. I spoke with management prior when I realized it was a short month and was told I would not be charged a late fee. So much for the word of their management. Living there was a horrible experience.
