History

Established in 1983.

Leone and Alana Cohen, owners of Cohen Window Fashions, has been helping customers turn their house into a home since 1983. Starting as a small workroom in Pittsburgh, the business and the Cohen Family expanded and moved to sunny Florida in 1993.

Cohen Window Fashions is proud of it’s second location in Tampa, FL! They are proud to have their daughter, Jade run the business and offer the same services in Tampa.

Business Owner

Jade Cohen-​Katz has grown up in her parents’ family business all of her life. Her father started the business as a small store in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania selling blinds. In the 90’s her family relocated to Boca Raton and later expanded into interior design so that they could offer their clients more when decorating their homes. Jade often worked in the shop and helped her parents. As a child, Jade loved art, decorating and was always drawn towards unique patterned fabrics.

Jade taught elementary school for five years in Tampa, Florida before having a baby girl. When it was time for her to go back to work, Jade decided to make a life change and take a risk… She went back to her first passion and expanded her family business to Tampa. Jade loves how changing something as simple as what is on your windows can transform the look and feel of a room.

Jade really enjoys getting to know her clients and really cares about making sure they are happy with the process and end result.
