We also service the Florida panhandle from Pensacola to Panama City. For commercial roofing we service the entire state of Florida and specialize in commercial TPO roofing systems.

Established in 2010.

Code Engineered Systems is owned & managed by Russell Dodson & Tim Hutchinson. Russel began his roofing career in the late 1980s and Tim began roofing in 1976. Tim & Russell began doing business together in 1992 while roofing together in Miami after Hurricane Andrew. Tim primarily manages the residential side of the business focusing on residential shingle, tile, metal, & flat roofing systems while Russell’s focus is on installation and maintenance of commercial roofs with extensive expertise & experience installing TPO roofing systems.

Manager

Tim began his roofing career in 1976 in Pensacola and has never looked back. Tim is among the elite roofing experts in the state of Florida and has an extensive resume installing thousands of roofs all over the state of Florida primarily in the Tampa Bay and Pensacola areas.
