Established in 2002.
Our Purveyor of Sweets Kim Yelvington (Owner and Pastry Chef) has been working in bakeries from the age of 15. It was in her early twenties, on an internship in France, that she was introduced to macarons, and became inspired by the superior quality and craftsmanship that went in to European Confections, and has been dipping into that pool of knowledge ever since.
Over the last 12 years Chocolate Pi has built a reputation for producing absolutely delicious and beautiful cakes, confections, and French macarons– all from scratch and from Kim’s own recipes.
After 4 years of working towards a new retail store– Chocolate Pi is finally back in the new Epicurean Hotel on South Howard Ave, with a focus on nostalgic confections (with a bit of a twist), and truly unique drinks to accompany your sweet tooth.
