I worked in the morning, then in the afternoon, the doc put me under anesthesia and gave me an epidural in my spine. This was for pain relief. I have never felt better. Thank you. The staff at the surgical center is second to none. They are not only friendly, but their confidence and care puts you immediately at ease. I would highly recommend this medical practice.

It’s always a gamble when selecting a new health care specialist or facility, but when you find the right one, you know it immediately. After plenty of on-line searching, we found a team of doctors at a facility that looked like they would meet our needs, and we were right. USF Health Group has been very accommodating to our appointment requests, and the care throughout has been commendable. The on-campus location is convenient, easy to maneuver and valet parking is a super touch. On each occasion, we have been processed through the system very fluidly, the staff has been friendly, efficient and very helpful, and the doctors have been nothing less than amazing. After each appointment, my wife and I always comment how we feel as though we are the only patient on that day’s list, how nice everyone is, how thorough each visit has been, and how clear & comfortable we are with the direction and game plan at the end of each visit. Additionally, the follow-up from each appointment has been super: information is provided, prescriptions filled, results provided and caring is crystal clear. The latest example is a call by one of the doctors yesterday that simply called to see how we were doing, if there were any questions about the visit and direction, and to wish us a Happy Thanksgiving. In my opinion, that is just amazing service by a very caring professional from a wonderful institution!

Wanted to see a specialist(Dr. Soojong Chae) housed in the center due to horrible pain in my abdomen. I was told it was a 2 month wait for the doctor and a 1 month wait for the nurse practitioner… their caring was underwhelming! Great that doctors are housed on campus, but if you can’t get in to see anyone in a REASONABLE amount of time, what use is it? Wondering if the doctors in that building ALL care that little. I’ll find someone else not in the Morsani Center.

This is a USF center for advance health care state of the art building that receive patient. The parking garage is convenient connected next to center and has designated patient parking. The building is connected with sky bridge at second floor that allow pedestrian crossing over the street in cover over top. The state of art building cost USF $ 67 million to build. This is wold class building with intend for patient and learning center. This is not the USF medical school department where student having classes. The center allows patient to consult with the specialty doctor. Specialties include: Orthopedics and Sports Medicine; Physical Therapy, Ear, Nose and Throat, Breast Health, Women’s Health, Neurology, and Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. It has ambulatory surgery center with eight operating rooms and five endoscopy suites. It also has diagnostic imaging center with MRI, CT, women’s diagnostics with mammography, ultrasound and bone densitometry, fluoroscopy, basic X-ray, and nuclear medicine. It has cafeteria and drug store Sweetbay Pharmacy conveniently located on the 1st floor. Great customer service. Occasionally you have to wait for the doctor if they have emergency case. We have a chance to visit one of the specialty doctor here. The reception is super nice since they have to care for the internal illness patient. The doctor we see is knowledgeable on their medical back ground.
