Brandon Collision

I was introduced to Brandon Collision after purchasing a new truck from their dealership, not because I had to have repairs made due to an accident. My previous 2013 Ford F-​150 Limited was Tri-​Metal Flake White which had a color matched «Under-​Cover» fiber-​glass lid covering the bed, my new truck is «Tuxedo Black» with heavy metal flake, not wanting to purchase a new lid for this truck since it was the same model truck just newer and a different color the dealership offered to re-​paint my lid to match my new truck.
About a week after my new truck purchase I was notified that the paint was compete so I drove back to have it installed. I arrived close to noon on Saturday not realizing they usually close at noon on the weekends and have limited resources available at that time. The receptionist who realized I drove across the state made a few phone calls and after a few minutes two techs arrived took my new truck and came back with the new lid installed, everything was aligned as it should be, and the paint matched perfect, noticing that the lid was a little dusty they then called the dealership and setup a courtesy wash and detail of my entire truck. My experience here couldn’t have been better, the workmanship and customer service is amazing, it was good to see the collision center provides the same exceptional service as the dealership.
