Business Owner

Jennifer Cook is a property manager and real estate professional, with years of experience helping clients throughout the Tampa Bay area. Fluent in Spanish, she assists international and domestic clients in understanding the nuances of investing in foreign properties. Jennifer holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Spanish from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Raul Aleman has successfully worked in the Tampa real estate and property management fields for over 10 years. Before establishing Bahia, Raul was affiliated with Charles Rutenberg Realty, growing it into a $ 5 million business. A native-​born Venezuelan, Raul speaks «tu idioma» which allows him to serve international clients and also broaden the market opportunities for tenant acquisition. Raul holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. He co-​owns Bahia Realty Group & Bahia Property Mgmt in Tampa. Prior to Bahia, Raul served as CEO at Petroleos de Venezuela, the 5^th largest oil company in the world.
