I was impressed with this office when they were able to give us a same-​day appointment when my son really needed care on his last day in town. Very courteous receptionist. Thank you!
The location in Hyde Park was quite convenient for us. They was a semi-​crazy patient in the waiting area, but hey, you can’t hold a practice responsible for every crazy patient.
We were kept waiting a reasonable period of time, given that they were working us in for an appointment on short notice. The office receptionist was pleasant.
Most importantly, the doctor seemed competent and knowledgable, with a an appropriate bed side manner. All in all, a highly acceptable visit.
Still, for reasons I cannot explain, it is tough to give this practice more than three stars. It just seems to me a little seedy, and there must be five star practices out there. This one was perfectly competent, that’s it. I’ll stretch for a four star rating.

Very impressed with this office. Lindsay was courteous and helpful when scheduling my appointment and assisting me with X-​rays etc. Dr. Shama was so pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain my condition, suggested many solutions and he was on time for our appointment which I really appreciated. So frustrated with doctors that keep you waiting 60−90minutes. I highly recommend this practice. It is easily located on Swann in Hyde Park and has adjacent parking.
