In response to the company’s remarks: It’s unfortunate how misinformed they really are. When a company tells me they have drivers with military base access and knowledge of the location they are traveling too, it leads any normal customer to believe they won’t get lost. In response to using one coach to move 100 people, really? Your company suggested I use only one coach. I said I would pay for more and questioned them when they offered only one coach. It’s just bad business when you can’t accept failure. It seems as though I’m not the only customer who feels this way. Good luck with future business, but make sure your company has a plan B.
