History

Established in 2004.

aul founded Across the Pond, inc. in 2004 to serve a customer who has an appreciation for both aesthetic and practical design and construction. One of Paul’s first clients was Starbucks Coffee Company, who contracted with Paul and his team to renovate and re-​fit their high-​end shops in Central Florida. They became a long-​client after finding that Across the Pond consistently maintained a seamless and positive experience for their customers with minimal restaurant downtimes.

This concept quickly caught on with small restaurant owners who partnered with Paul to redesign their spaces for efficiency as well as customer and brand experience.

Residential clients appreciate a unique and beautiful product that fits their lifestyles. Projects include design and construction of new «old homes» which fit seamlessly into historic neighborhoods, yet are modern and green; and retrofitting existing homes to suit the growth needs of families looking to transform their living spaces.

Meet the Business Owner

Paul J.

Business Owner

Paul Jackson is the founder and President of the firm. In addition to being a Florida Licensed General Contractor, Paul is also a degreed architect. He began his career designing both residential and commercial buildings. His early years were spent working for a large power company designing housing communities for their workforce as well as laboratories and other workspace. He also worked on residential projects including a multi-​unit resort community featuring ocean front townhomes.

He soon found that he had a natural talent for both design and construction; and enjoyed working with clients to solve problems and create beautiful and functional living/​working spaces.
