Very professional, very polite, but after the diagnostic and given the estimate, they were $ 400.00 HIGH… After getting the estimate, and while i was still on premises, I called and got pricing on parts only. Unbelievable how this business marks up parts. PLUS… a sign is in the tiny, but comfortable waiting area that notifies those getting repairs of 5% add on fee for the extras required in repairs… so this means, if they are repairing your vehicle, and a nut, bolt or clamp is needed… you are being charged, an ADDITIONAL 5% of your total charges on top of your price. DO NOT GO HERE… I had my car towed away to be repaired at much less, and yet still professionally.
