I am not sure that I can even come up with adequate words to describe the horrifying experience I had with this merchant. I went to this store looking for a small refrigerator for my garage. Initially, I did not find anything I liked and was pretty shocked at their prices, which seemed quite high for the caliber of shop that it is (grundy, unkept). I walked out when the owner (?) manager, Antonio, followed me out, asking me what it was that I was specifically looking for. I told him exactly what I wanted and he said he had the perfect unit for me in the back of his shop; it wasn’t ready for the floor yet but he would show me. And he was right; it was the perfect size. It was running but hadn’t been cleaned up yet so it was pretty shabby looking. His price = $ 175, which I felt was high for what I was getting but he seemed like a nice, young guy who was working hard to make a living. I agreed to the price WITHOUT HAGGLING AT ALL. He must have felt guilty about that because he knocked his delivery fee down to $ 25 from $ 45 on his own. I live about 2 miles from this store. That was last Thursday. The only thing I asked for was to be put on their delivery schedule as one of the 1^st stops as their delivery time is from 12pm-​5pm and I am a nurse, who works from 5-​midnight in Brandon. He assured me that that would be no problem. When I returned the next day to pay, his wife? also assured me that the delivery would go as requested and even asked the delivery man, in front of me, if he would be sure that that would happen. Everyone agreed that it could be done.
So, Imagine my surprise today, when I called at 2:30pm to inquire about the delivery. I leave for work at 3:30. Antonio and his staff knew this. I called again at 3:10 pm because they hadn’t returned my call yet and Antonio answered the phone. Quickly, it became apparent that my delivery was NOT going to happen in the time frame I had requested. Frustrated, I calmly asked for my money back.
Antonio responded with a verbal assault like none other. I cannot even begin to tell you what he said to me. It when on and on and on. I calmly stated that I would come to the store immediately for a refund. He started in again with the verbal assault. I taped it. When I went to the shop for my refund, he was stomping around the desk like a crazed person. His assistant gave me part of my refund in cash and credited my charge card for the other portion. When I asked for a receipt on the cancellation, Antonio started again and flatly refused. I also have that on tape as I had my phone in my pocket. I will share that tape with the BBB tomorrow. There are many places to buy used appliances. Choose wisely.

The prices as marked aren’t really what they’re charging for the equipment, they usually will go lower if you talk to them. The other reviewer didn’t seem like he/​she actually bought anything here, so I’ll talk about the service.
Same day delivery, 30-​day parts and service warrantee with option to extend, friendly and competent. The salesmen and the mechanics are the same people, so they were able to give me some advice on installing some of the other appliances in my house, and offered to hook up my fridge for free. Good stuff.

We’re in the process of relocating to Tampa/​area and being that we already OWN 2 sets of washer/​dryers we really didn’t want to spend a lot on a temporary set, and since we cloth diaper laundromats really aren’t in the cards. So we were looking for a used set.
This place is more than a little shady.
The guy showing us the units they had would say something like «Priced at $ 175, but I’ll take $ 150»…like he was giving us a discount or something, without us asking.
Price seemed arbitrary in so much as he’d say «Oh, it’s marked $ 250, but I’ll give it to you for $ 175» over just about everything. Prices were NOT marked/​visible. It was kind of like he was pulling numbers out of his rear.
Drive a little further south on Nebraska and there is another shop, more inventory, prices marked… they offer delivery and a warranty for the same prices.
