Great service … Honest and reasonable prices. They respond quickly to calls. We have used company for years– washer, dryer and recently dishwasher.

I’ve used them twice. Their follow up is great. They give you a window of time (that they actually stick to) and call before they are on their way.. They are courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone!

I called yesterday because our dryer was making an awful sound. The lady on the phone was quite nice and courteous. We were told their Technician would call us to let us know the time. He called us early in the morning and told us he would be over between 9 and 10 am today.
The technician, (I’m so sorry I forgot to ask his name but I know he’s the owner’s son), arrived promptly between the scheduled time, and was very courteous. He explained the problem and fixed the dryer within the time frame of the visit. Will definitely call them again if we have any other problems with the appliances.

These guys were amazing. I had called Mr. Rodgers appliances initially and they came out three separate times to no avail, very little English, and they didn’t even know where the panel was to access the broken part. These guys showed up on time and got right to the issue inside the machine. They even pulled out the burnt up motor and showed us what happened. In no time we were up and running again with tons of money saved vice buying a new machine. Go with this company if you enjoy working with knowledgable people who treat your time and money with respect.

Anthony called at 7:15am this morning and said he could come out between 12:30 — 2:30pm today and asked if that was good for me… Yes!
Anthony called me again at 12:20 (before the window of time) and said he could be at my house in 30 minutes and asked if that was good for me… Yes!
Anthony arrived at my house and was well-​mannered, polite, courteous, and well-​groomed.
He pulled my dryer from the wall and had diagnosed the issue within 2 minutes! He grabbed the part from his truck and had the dryer fixed in 20 minutes!
To top off this wonderful service, he answered my questions about the issues I’ve experienced with my washer for FREE! (No service done on washer today, but if it continues to act up or get worse, Anthony is the first person I will call!)

Worst cocky and untrained customer service ever!
The reciptionist have a very bad attitude and was extreamly rude to me on the phone and internet. Just check out how the company respond the public concerns over here in the internet. I scheduled an appointment with them, and she waited until the day of the appointment to call early in morning to confirm. And when i returned their calls few hours later, she give me attitude for calling at that time and not early in the morning. She fail to realize that some people actually work at night and others are too sick to wake up that early.
In 1 of her deleted respounse she claimed that she informed me of when they gonna be calling (and her statement on the phone was: we will call you to let you know when the tech. is expected to show up) so how she twiste it and want you to interpret it is mystery to me. She also claim that it is my fault (as a customer) for not volunteering my personal schedule to her highness. Because of your lack of experience you didn’t even know when you are committing business faux pas.
To the business owner: you have a toxic member on your team and it is weighting you down, so either retrain or fire.
To the rep. who thinks she own the company: My «broken utilities» keep a roof on top of your head, so don’t get cocky with yourself.
Yes I do have a history of speaking my mind and writing about my customer service experience. simply because I know that great customer service should be rewarded and horrible customer experiences (such as this one) should be made known to all current and future customer.
A word of advise: Their customer service department is rude and ignorant. This repair shop need to call customers the day before and not limit customers to 4 hours confirm or lose the appointment. Because of that and their customer’s service rap. They’ve lost my business.

Fast, on-​time and friendly. Anthony quickly identified the problem with my washer, had the part available in his vehicle and tested everything before leaving. I
highly recommend this family-​run business to anyone needing repairs done right.

I called the week before Thanksgiving. I know they and other folks were super busy, and they set up an appointment for this up-​and-​coming Monday. I asked if they could let me know if there any cancellations. The following day, first thing in the morning, the owner called me himself with an opportunity to come in and take a look at the stove. He identified the problem quickly, Actually had the part in his van, and fixed the stove right there on the spot.
I found this company to be very honest, very transparent about their prices, and I feel that they really looked out for my best interest and assessing and fixing the problem.
The price for the part and the price for the installation and service were all very reasonable. In fact, some of the so-​called do-​it-​yourself options in Tampa are only a few bucks cheaper. The service here is excellent, the price is great, and the responsiveness excellent. I would highly recommend.

We have called DiChristopher Svc before and I was so glad to know they are still going strong! Our clothes washer started acting up and I knew I didn’t want to buy a new one because I LOVE my 12 year old washer! I called DiChristopher and had an appointment set for the next day! Anthony was on time and knew just what was happening. Fixed it quickly and I couldn’t be happier! What a great company!

One of the most trust worthy businesses in the area. They have great work ethic and are guided by the principles you wish for in a company. I only wished they managed property!

Just moved to the area. Looked up service on Angie’s List — rated A±– this business did not disappoint. Fridge died today and repair done within hours. Owner diagnosed problem in five minutes. Highly recommend! I will be back for any of my appliances needing repair. They also offer military discount.

Woke up on Saturday and my refrigerator was not cold. After thinking we could possibly repair it ourselves and realizing we couldn’t we called DiChristopher and they came out within the hour. He diagnosed the problem and had the part to repair it on his truck. He explained what the problem was what the price would be and then fixed it within 30minutes. And we were able to enjoy the rest of our Saturday. I would use them again in the future.

I have now used DiChristopher twice for my home in Tampa, FL. Very pleased with speedy response (same day), professional approach, clear description and illustration of the problem, reasonable repair and parts charges, and amazing cleanup and confirmation of repair. These guys (Anthony) have gone above and beyond in both instances at a great price.
