A & M Towing

These people are awful. They towed my car from my apartment complex. I saw them pulled up to car and I ran to stop them. I got to them before they picked up my car, and they still lifted it. So I had to pay the drop fee. It was a Sunday and apparently they only take cash on weekends. So I went to find an atm to pay $ 60. By the time I found one they had already taken my car. So I followed them to there business. This place didn’t even look like a business. It was someone’s backyard with a fence to keep cars in. Then I was told it was now $ 160 to get my car. So I had to go find another atm to get more money. The place was on a one way road so I then had to navigate my way back to this place. Also the guys shirt said A&M towing but his truck said Danny’s towing. Everything just felt terrible unprofessional and sketchy.

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. People on the phone are rude, the attendant at the facility swore at me and called me names when I was standing in their parking lot. They only take cash (for a $ 180 towing) and don’t have change.
The whole process was shady and they obviously prey on people. Nothing at all good about this company! I was towed from the Greenwise garage in South Tampa. Publix should be ashamed to be associated with this company. The process, and the fact that I got towed 5 minutes after 11pm, after spending $ 100 in the store (I went to get a drink at the Dubliner) has also lost Publix a loyal customer!

These people are horrendous. I understand the whole nature of this kind of business is shady anyways but we asked permission to park and the lady in the gas station told us to park in front of one of the pumps. I KNEW she was trying to get us towed, so I parked away from there where everyone else visiting the businesses in the we were at were parking. Then we hear that they are taking cars so we go over and there’s these two disgusting filthy tweakers have my car up on the truck and the little extra dirty one was yelling at the other one trying to make him STEAL (BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY WERE DOING) out car before we could pay. Then even after the money was paid he was super nasty and rude acting all tough like he was gonna fight someone. If you call these people for any reason understand you are just paying for their meth addictions. Take your business to a more respectable and professional business

Terrible service, had to wait around for an hour from our scheduled pickup time. Lesson to be learned, don’t park illegally at Mr. Dunderbak’s because Hess will call in a heartbeat.
