Established in 2000.
I started real estate in 2000 when the market was good and it was easy to sell homes. When the market turned, unlike many Realtors, I stayed — through some of the worst times in real estate history. I had to persevere and scrimp and hustle to keep my business running. And, I was able to outlast the bad times. The experiences then, are now invaluable in terms of the tenacity it made me develop to see many, very difficult transaction all the way through to close. Every real estate transaction is different and every real estate transaction is a personal challenge for me to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible. When you work with me, you are working with an agent who treats every transaction as if it were my own.

I was born into the homes business as my father was a builder in Kentucky. My mother marketed and sold the homes my father built. I spent many a day, kicking around the building sites watching my father ensure the quality he demanded was, in fact, being delivered. I have the same mentality toward my business. I have been in real estate for over 15 years now and I demand quality, not only from myself, but also my brokerage, my staff, my partners and vendors to ensure you get the quality of service you expect.
