Fritz G. Grant worked at a local public accounting firm for over 5 years before starting his own firm. Carole Stewart-​Heron worked at a local firm in Miami for just over 17 years. After over 10 years serving auditing and tax clients at his firm, Fritz G. Grant joined forces with Carole Stewart-​Heron. Out of this collaboration came Grant, Stewart-​Heron, LLC.
