History

Established in 2010.

I began this healing business by sending distant healing and giving hands on healing sessions to friends, family and all who asked for it, for free. I did this until 2009 in which I acquired a contract with Stonehedge Gardens. I’ve been there ever since. Besides volunteering time at Stonehedge Gardens, Purple Sage Healing brings in an assorted variety of holistic and metaphysical events to the venue. You may read more on that subject on my website.

Business Owner

Mareen Thomas-​Norman is a Reiki Master and Chios Master who loves her line of work. Helping people to heal themselves is very rewarding on both sides of the healing process.

Mareen believes that the Master title doesn’t end with the certification. Being a Master is always a learning experience with new modalities and insight around every corner; the Master is always the student.

While this work is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to receive Reiki. In fact, is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not. Because Reiki comes from God, many people find that using this work puts them more in touch with the experience of their religion rather than having only an intellectual concept of it.
