Much of our experience involves probate, probate administration, estate planning, trust administration, special needs trust, and asset protection.

History

Established in 2007.

Jana McConnaughhay and Lauchlin Waldoch created the firm of Waldoch and McConnaughhay in 2007, after several years of Elder Law practice together at a larger, state-​wide firm. The creation of this firm allowed the partners to focus solely on Elder Law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, and planning for clients’ long-​term care needs.

Business Owner

Jana McConnaughhay is the current chair of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. She is Board Certified in Elder Law, and has been recognized as Member of the Year by the Elder Law Section. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys.
