Unique Wonders specializes in Shaved Ice Beverages with or without condensed milk, candy, and other toppings and or real ice cream in the middle for a stuffed Shaved Ice Beverage. We also specialize in snacks such as nachos and cheese with or without jalapeño peppers and chilli, boiled peanuts (Cajun), pickled items (eggs, sausages, pig’s feet, pickles…), Beef Franks, Cotton Candy, Bahamian Crack Conch (Fried Conch), Bahamian Conch Fritters, Bahamian Conch Salad, and other quick snacks and dinner plates.

Business Owner

A native islander from the Bahamas, Rochelle came to the United States of America on an academic, soccer/​track scholarship where she pursued a business degree in management and marketing. While attending college she met her husband, Willie who was a football player pursuing a degree in sports management. Willie was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida and after graduation they travelled back to his home town where they build a home with there children and where Unique Wonders was conceived. Rochelle’s goals for Unique Wonders is to continue to build a positive relationship with its community, growth, and have something to pass down to her children.
