The Wedding DJ MC/ Denny Alexander

My experience with Denny Alexander was a lie and ultimately a nightmare.
He was very accommodating and encouraging all the way up until the actual wedding day. He even showed up in person the day before to scope everything out. This at the time was very comforting.
Denny however, did not show up to my wedding. Instead, he sent an incompetent druggy that stole alcohol and left the DJ chair during almost every song… every time he came back he smelled like smoke. There was up to 4 minutes of silence between EVERY song because he was using iTunes and clicking on the next song. He hardly had any of the songs we wanted to hear and even then when we would find one we wanted played, be would forget (2 minutes later) and play another song: drugs do that to you. When we confronted him about his song selection, he would throw his hands in the air and yell, with a slur that «Denny only gave me one week to prepare for this, what do you expect from me? I usually have over 4 months».
My maid of honor had to stand by his side through a good portion of the wedding telling him what to play and to keep him from talking and mocking my new last name between every song.
My dad finally gave him one of our favorite CDs and said please just play track 13. He couldn’t even figure out how to put the CD in his equipment. He finally got the CD in and then took 10 minutes to make it play (all of this while my guest are standing around waiting for some entertainment). Once he got it to play he could not even figure out how to get it to track 13. When we tried to get the CD back he said it was a software program not a CD… IN 5 MINUTES, THE GUY FORGOT HE WAS PLAYING OUR CD.
We finally asked him to leave, during which he took an hour and a half because he kept stumbling around. The guy was clearly inhibited.
We have been trying to get Denny Alexander to answer/​return a phone call for almost five weeks now. We have had no luck.
