The Gem Collection

Have been here several times buying charms for my wife’s Pandora bracelet. They have always been very helpful.
Went in recently to have my new watched sized (have a link taken out), which I received as a gift. At the same time, my wife needed a new battery in her watch. Neither item was purchased there — and they certainly didn’t recognize me from my 4 – 5 small purchases over the past 3 years. I never mentioned that I every shopped here before.
We went in with our kids and they told us the sizing would be free and the watch battery would be about $ 12. He sized my watch twice until it felt right and had to take my wife’s watch to the jeweler as the backing was hard for him to put on.
As my wife put her watch back on, he asked my kids how they were doing in school and struck up a conversation with them — not typical in a high end jewelry store. After we reported that everything fit as it should, he told us there would be no charge since our kids were doing so well in school — and only asked that we come back.
I was very appreciative of the service, the time to engage our kids with conversation and the lack of a charge. I would have been more than happy to pay, but it was very touching.
We will definitely be back!

Let me start by saying… Ive heard absolute horror stories about the gem collections and my one experience I had there years ago was not a pleasant one.
Ive avoided this place at all costs due to previous experience until last week. I have a Pandora bracelet and was looking to purchase an additional one for a friend and the other two Pandora retailers in town did not carry the charms I wanted and I had heard that the Gem Collection had the largest collection in town, so I just decided to give it another try.
Its was GREAT! The new location is GORGEOUS! I walked in and was promptly greeted by the sweetest sales associate EVER. She walked me over to the Pandora (yes, it is the largest selection in town by far) and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. I feel terrible that her name has slipped my mind but shes a petite, brunette with short hair.
I walked out of there saying to myself ’ I can not wait to review this place’.
I had amazing service in a beautiful place and couldn’t be happier with my decision to go there. I will return for all my jewelery needs.
