I get quick service from the receptionist when I call, and the Dr. is very punctual. I never have to wait very long in the waiting room. Most importantly, the Dr. knows you and remembers you from all the times you’ve been there before, so she is usually well informed about your medical issues and she offers good advice and medical care. Busy, but friendly staff.

Dr. Smith is a very caring physician who takes the time to listen. Staff is courteous and caring. Because she is excellent, she is busy, but I’ve had no unreasonable waits or difficultly getting in to be seen. The PA will take calls to assist in determining treatment and whether the Dr. should see us. A caring doctor with young children herself. A breathe of fresh air in an often stale medical world in which we now live.

She sure does seem nice at first, but evidently, she seems to have a habit of dumping her patients if they don’t live up to some unknown standard… so keep your fingers crossed! It is a devastating experience that seems to have occurred to at least 3 online reviewers. Can’t believe her nurse told me what a bother it was to write 2 prescriptions for some medications I needed! Really? Then I get a letter telling me they can’t serve me anymore due to the complexity of my care! Her office manager will be very helpful in explaining that phrase to you, I promise. Good luck!

Recently moved to Tallahassee. Had to find a primary care physician. Have had one visit to Doctor Smith – so far, so good. Excellent service; excellent staff and the doc seems top notch. Would be nice to have lab services in the office – have to go down the road – but that is not a reason not to go to Doctor Smith. Recommended!
