We had the worst experience ever! We went through Heritage who subcontracts with Richardson’s Family Funeral Home. It was one debacle after another but the worst is that they misspelled my mother’s last name and sent it off to social security. It took us weeks to unravel this and I never did receive death certificates from the funeral home but had to order them through the state. You cannot do anything without the death certificates and it took me almost 2 months to get them. Do not use either of these companies!
