Established in 2005.

Parallel Synergistic Consulting, Inc. formally started doing business in Tallahassee, FL on September 12^th, 2005 and although the business has existed for almost 10 years, the principal engineer, Sidney Watts and his supporting staff has been doing business in Tallahassee for over 20 years. In May, 1996 Sidney bought into Standard Business Machines, Inc. (Now known as Southeast Digital Networks, Inc.) and became a partner with Rodney Watts. Sidney Watts was the principal architect of the technical renovation of the company and pioneered the development of products and services including computer workstation installation and repair, computer network design and installation (LAN’s, and WAN’s), firewall and security solutions, VPN solutions, Terminal Server solutions, Web Site design and hosting, email hosting and Digital Document Management systems.
