My Favorite Books is the best used bookstore! Inventory includes used books, audiobooks, music CDs, movies and series on DVD/​Blu-​Ray and video games. We also carry new & used local author books. On the 2^nd Tuesday of every month from 10am-​11am is a Coffee Klatch social hour with refreshments and baked goods. The book store has monthly book signings featuring popular local authors for adults and children.

Books are carried in many genres including history, science, business, non-​fiction, biographies, entertainment, cooking, hobbies, science fiction, horror, action adventure, mystery, romance, classics, foreign language, antique books and many more! There is also a large child-​friendly section with a myriad of fun books for children of all ages. Trade credit may given for items that is needed for store inventory based on condition and current inventory. Open 7 days.

Business Owner

I have lived in Tallahassee since 1984 and have owned the store for about 10 years. Owning a bookstore has always been a dream of mine and I LOVE My Favorite Books.

We also specialize in the promotion of local authors and have developed a local author section and we also host book signing events. We at My Favorite Books want to make sure that our little local bookstore becomes a big part of the Tallahassee community. We believe that there are a lot of people who still want to read a real book and we hope they all find their way to our store!
