Little Caesars Pizza

I thought you have a promotion called «Hot-​n-​Ready» between certain hours. The last two visits the line was out the door with a 20 minute wait (after finally getting to the register). We had a friend stop by this store today on her way home as was going to pick up pizza but again it was a 20 minute wait. The chain is suffering serious damage from a store that is so horribly managed. If I was a franchise owner I would be pissed that they are ruining the reputation of the other stores. The owner needs to either hire a better manager or sell the location to someone that can do a better job as an owner.
The last time I visited I asked the cashier if this was a busy night? She told me actually it was a slow Friday… can you believe she would tell me this when they are out of pizza and have a 20 minute wait (once you get to the register). I have an idea… buy a calendar and record how much pizzas you average on a particular night. Then have people come in early to at least get the crusts with sauce and cheese ready to go. Don’t tell me it will take away from the quality… lol.

Cheap pizza AND it tastes good! Always have good service at this store. Great, friendly workers!
Update: Just tried the Deep Dish pizza tonight per son’s request and it was absolutely delicious! I couldn’t stop eating long enough to get a picture of it but I will next time:). $ 8 per box with 8 big square slices… get it! You will not be disappointed!
