Kathy Fain – State Farm Insurance Agent

This is a long read, but someone needs to hear this.
I was with Kathy Fain in Tallahassee, FL until two weeks ago. I was a policyholder for almost a decade with absolutely no issues. They even forgave an accident I was in because I had been with them so long. Then I look at my upcoming payment 2 days before it was due, and it had gone up from $ 120 to $ 200 because they added my brother on my policy, even though he has his own insurance. With State Farm. They even asked about it a month before that and I told them his policy number and they said it was fine. I immediately switched to Geico that second and cancelled my current one. They still charged me. I tried to get it refunded. They said they would, but not the full amount because of my brother not being on, and they didn’t know why it happened, and they couldn’t tell me a specific amount. I’m still trying to get my money back from them. And they’re still trying to pretend it’s not their fault. Do not use this office under any circumstances.
And absolutely zero word from Kathy Fain through all of this. Even after trying to find her email address and asking for her in the office. Good job making yourself available.
