Honesty and integrity. Pretty much their business model. Had an issue with my a/c. They replaced the compressor and guaranteed their work. Unfortunately this didn’t fix the issue. I had to move out of town before I had a chance to bring it back in. A year later when I moved back to tally he still honored his word and fixed it for good and for free. I’m moving to the west coast. Wish I could take them with me!

I went to Jowers after two friends recommended them. They were busy, but got me in the same day, diagnosed the problem with my AC, and had me out the door in less than an hour. I will definitely be back

The owner deals with you personally and is a straight shooter. I had an issue with my belt squealing and he fixed it and said no charge (basically come back if it has any issues). I had heard great things about this place and the recommendations couldn’t be more accurate.
