Established in 2012.
Joe Mama’s is a family owned and operated business. The Nunneley family has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. We prepare everything fresh from scratch daily.
Our pizzas are baked in a wood fired oven that we imported from Tuscany. We use only oak and a match to heat the oven — no gas. Our dough is made daily and allowed to develop for 48 hours to make it extra flavorful. Our «sauce» is made from organic tomatoes that we crush and season. We do not add sugar or cook the sauce prior to putting it on your pizza.

Devon N.
Business Owner
Devon owns and operates the Tallahassee location of Joe Mama’s Wood Fired Pizza. She is also a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Beer Server through the Cicerone Program.
Prior to working in the restaurant industry, she practiced law in Washington, D.C. She has traveled to more than 30 countries. Most of her travel destinations were selected based on foods she wanted to try.
