Enjoyed my sausage dog so much I just had to bring some home for the grill. I couldn’t resist bringing home some apple butter either. Great service as well.

Always love coming here. Sausage dogs are great, and eating them on the porch with my family is all the more special. Prices are very good, and I always love picking up something extra from the store. Their cane syrup and their ground grits are a must grab!

Take a ride down the Fabulous Canopied Rd., Centerville. 12 miles from capital Circle you’ll find Bradley’s country store. This is a step back in time when you go through the screen door you’ll be tempted to grab a moon pie and a Pepsi and sit out on the front porch rockers watching the lake out front. People come from all over to buy their famous sausage. They also have stoneground grits, smoked meats, and vegetables. While you’re waiting you can grab a sausage dog. It has been family-owned since the 1800s. Go to Bradley’s for a trip back in time to Slower pace. Take time to enjoy the surroundings.

I’ve been to Bradley’s 3 times so far and it’s always awesome! It’s some of the best sausage I’ve ever had. We always have to get a sausage dog when we’re there. The best combo is a mild dog with onions and mustard IMO. We also usually get some to go. They also have a smoked pork chop which I hope to take home one day soon! Service is great there and very friendly. Only a bench outside and a few porch rocking chairs for seating, but we devour those dogs so fast it really doesn’t matter.

This is one of my favorite places in Tallahassee. It’s a quaint, lovely shop with so many perks — hot sausage dogs served up quickly, old fashioned sodas and candies, beer, ice cream, chips, bread, pork and sausage(and other meats) prepped for cooking at home, lotions and soaps. The shop itself has so much to offer, the hot food served fresh is amazingly tasty, and the staff is charming and attentive to customers. This place is a must see for Tallahassee natives and visitors alike.

Great sausage, period. The drive out to this shack was so pretty. Centerville is a gorgeous canopy road. We got a sausage dog there and it was really yummy. Cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor. They had soda bottles of all kinds of interesting soda. We got a ginger root beer. They had cheerwine! They also sell their stone-ground corn. We picked up some cornmeal for cornbread but their different grinds are perfect for those that love grits. It was a nice little afternoon deciding on what type of sausages to get. Our sausages were perfect for Superbowl Sunday. Their patty breakfast sausage was unbelievable. It is the best I have ever had and completely worth the trip alone if you love sausage gravy and biscuits!

Great setting and beautiful drive. The meal deal for lunch was great! Bought a pound or two of each of the sausages and will freeze them to enjoy over the next few months and them we’ll come back for more! Read about this place in the local newspaper, The Orlando Sentinel and they said it was worth the drive. It sure was!

This is THE place to get fresh pork products. You can’t beat their spicy sausage it is beyond amazing. This place is a frequent stop for our family as we stock up on sausage and think sliced bacon. Apparently President Bill Clinton use to order sausage from Bradley’s and have it shipped to the white house. Pretty Awesome. If you don’t live in the area you can go to their website and order some, I believe they only ship during the winter months. It will cost you to have it shipped but it’s worth it to try the best smoked sausage you will ever have.

My in-laws live just a short drive from Bradley’s, and we often have sausage from here at least once or twice while we are visiting. Though I’m by no means a sausage connoisseur, their product is very tasty. After all the years of having Bradley’s sausage, I decided to finally accompany my father-in-law and husband to the store today. I was expecting a shop that was 100% focused on their meats and was shocked to only see a small case in the back of the store. The rest of the store was filled with random items such as cheap candy and 20 year old bar soaps. I was pretty disappointed in the store… but considering all of the employees were so friendly and polite, I will try to overlook the store’s significant flaws and to embrace Bradley’s for what it is.

If you are in Tally this is a must do. MUST. MUST. MUST. It’s an authentic country store tucked down a beautiful canopy road. Family owned and operated since 1927. The employees embody Southern hospitality and the rocking chairs in the front just beg you to sit in them and relax for a few. But onto the food stuff. Two words: Country sausage. Produced and smoked on premise and simply delicious. I ordered a foot-long smoked sausage with mayo, mustard, relish and onions and I would gladly eat another one RIGHTNOW. They also ship their sausage and you can take it to-go by the pound as well. Check out their website for a detailed history and their full menu offerings, but just don’t miss out on a visit if you are in the area.

Sausage from Bradley’s is as good as it gets. My favorite are their fresh link sausage dogs, but it is all good. I have been going there for years and can get their more often now that they are open on Sundays. Love their homemade grits too.

Not sure why this is listed as closed – it most definitely isn’t! It doesn’t look like much from the outside – kind of small and run down. Inside are what you’d expect – a mix of canned/boxed goods. But if you make your way to the back, that’s where the good stuff is! They have a great selection of things like mayhaw jelly, spicy bread & butter pickles, tupelo honey, etc. And the meat counter. They specialize in pork products – bacon and sausage in particular. They also serve sausage dogs – that’s what you want to come here for. They have regular and large(close to footlong), spicy and regular. On our visit, I had the large spicy sausage and my companion the regular regular sausage. Both were spectacular – good flavor all through, and a great mouth-feel. You knew that this started out as meat! They’re open Monday — Saturday and are on Centerville Road 4 or 5 miles past Bradfordville Road.
