Established in 2014.

I opened my doors last July after working in both chiropractic and spa settings over the past 6 years.

Business Owner

After graduating from the Southeastern Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy in Charlotte, NC and getting licensed, I began working in a field that has become more of a passion than just a job.

I cannot imagine doing anything else as a profession. Massage is ever changing and I think that most people are starting to have a better understand of how much it benefits the body as a whole.

Since 2009, I’ve accumulated around 300 hours of continuing education credits in the specialties that interest me, from Thai Massage to more clinical work, like Fibromyalgia and Oncology.

I’m a slow but avid runner, yoga and kettle bell enthusiast, and circuit training nut, rock climber, member of the American Association of Massage Therapists and Mom to my 7 year old boy.
