I went to Body Wisdom for a 60-​minute massage because they are listed as an approved provider by my insurance company. I provided my insurance information at the time of service, and was charged a discounted rate accordingly. More than a month later, I received a bill in the mail from their parent company for almost $ 150 with no explanation of services. I called their office to inquire and they’re claiming this is the balance of what I owe for the massage. This would be the most expensive massage I’ve ever had and the lowest quality by far. Based on their questionable business practices, I will not be returning to Body Wisdom and plan to notify my insurance company of the poor service.
