All I can say is you get what you pay for! I took my new car to Beat the Heat because they offered tinting at a very reasonable price with a 3 year guarantee. I figured there wasn’t much to lose. After the first application of the window tint(20% on all windows except the windshield), I noticed large bubbles in the tint. They assured me they would go away but after a few days they were still there. They told me to bring the car back in and they would reapply the tint. After the second application, I noticed a very large scratch in the tint of one window. I was very frustrated as this should not have been overlooked. They told me they didn’t have time to fix it that day and to bring it back another time. I was very frustrated but they had agreed to fix it so I made a third trip back. This time, when I picked up my car, I noticed razorblade etchings in the glass of my windows! I was very upset. They agreed to replace the two front glass windows of my car and told me they would arrange payment with a glass repair services. That was the last time I was ever able to get a straight answer from anyone at the establishment. It was always an excuse as to why it was taking so long: the owner was out of the country, the credit card number was wrong, they were waiting for a returned phone call. My window was never repaired from the damage they caused and the tint on my car is bubbly and unprofessional looking. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the company never responded. They have an «F» rating with the BBB. Do NOT take your car to this unprofessional business. It’s not worth your time or frustration.
