Moon Bounce 150

Poor communication is the only reason this place doesn’t get 5 stars.
I purchased the LivingSocial deal for MoonBounce150 for my sons 2^nd birthday party. The package included the moon bounce rental for the day, a popcorn machine, a snow cone machine, and goodie bags for the kids. A fantastic deal.
After purchasing the voucher through LivingSocial, I reached out to MoonBounce150 to arrange my party. Multiple email and phone messages went unanswered, so I went to the booking tool on their website, and made the reservation there. I highly recommend making your reservation through their online booking tool, because they are more likely to respond once there is an actual reservation.
After multiple calls, I realized their phone goes through an answering service type of thing, so you’ll never get a person directly by calling the number on their website. Once I figured out the email address to use, I exchanged emails with their booking coordinator Tracy, and although it was a slow process, Tracy was very friendly and accommodating.
The day before the party, Tracy called to confirm everything that was to be delivered, the time we needed it, and the address. The next morning, the delivery driver called when he was on his way to set up.
The gentleman setting up the moon bounce was very friendly and respectful of my home and property. He left his number so I could reach him with any issues, in case we had any. About 8 hours later, he returned to break down all of the equipment, and left my property in the exact condition it was in beforehand.
I should add… The snow cone machine and popcorn machine come by themselves, by the way. I knew this in advance through talking to Tracy, but I would imagine that people aren’t aware that they need to provide all of the supplies needed to actually make a snow cone (cups, straws, ice, syrup) and popcorn (kernels, oil, bags).
All in all, I was very satisfied with this company and their services. It was a fantastic deal on a great package that really made my sons birthday a day we will remember!
