Patience has worked in the real estate industry since 1977. She specializes in new construction and the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. Jake grew up in Lake Tahoe and was a part of the senior management team at Homewood Mountain Resort, Jake often hears about properties before they hit the open market. He actively searches for off market properties and can often find homes for his buyers when the listing inventory is low.

Ashley has the organizational skills, once we put your deal under contract Ashley takes over and makes sure we have a smooth transaction.

Mark is a General Building Contractor, he can help you navigate the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and local building departments.

History

Established in 1991.

I am a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Tahoe City Downtown office. Wefocus on residential sales as well as new construction and land capability on the West and North Shores of Lake Tahoe, and also Truckee, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley, North Star and Tahoe Donnor, among other local communities.

A third generation Realtor, I earned my real estate license in 1991, following a successful and prominent career in escrow coordination and property management. The granddaughter of a successful Southern-​California based Realtor and the daughter of a real estate broker-​owner in Lake Tahoe, I was truly raised in a real estate family – immersed in the knowledge, language and skill of her family who enjoy several decades of experience in the business. My son Jake Lewis a fourth generation Realtor and my daughter Ashley Lewis have now joined the team.

My husband Mark and I live in Tahoma with our two Jack Russell’s Chloe and Mikey.

I am a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker. We focus on residential sales as well as new construction and land capability on the West and North Shores of Lake Tahoe, and other local communities.

My Dad and Grandmother sold real estate, I’ve worked in the real estate industry most of my life. I grew up living in Covina, California, married my high school sweetheart, had 4 kids and moved to Tahoe. My Dad used to bring us to Tahoe for family vacations, we would stay in Meeks Bay and loved renting the paddle boats and horseback riding at Cascade Lake. Moving to Tahoe was a dream for us. One of my favorite things is to walk to Ehrman’s Mansion at Sugar Pine State Park, it’s like a walking meditation. I’ve taught Ayurveda and yoga community classes. I coach other Realtors and work with my son Jake who is a Realtor and my daughter Ashley our transaction coordinator.

My husband Mark is a building contractor we live in Tahoma with our two Jack Russell’s Chloe and Mikey.
