The management is a joke. They’ve violated the law with me on several occasions. Stay far away!

I have a lot of fond memories of my undergraduate days in Tahlequah. This apartment complex was not one of them. It was dirty with outdated 70’s wood paneling and carpet. Ventilation consisted of very small, very old window units which were never enough in the summer. Worst of all was the management. They treated you like any maintenance issues were somehow your fault. They were notorious for stealing your move-​in deposit claiming you didn’t adequately clean the apartment at move out no matter how spotless the place was scrubbed.
Granted, this was nearly 10 years ago. If they have new management the place may be lovely now. However, given how drab the place still looks when I drive by I somehow doubt it.
