BEWARE OF GIFT CARDS PROMISE. Isake (SPELL) at the tacoma mall signed me up for package with 200 dollar gift card. Told me I had to wait 30 days before it would come. Signed up for auto pay. Did not take payment first month. Called and they said redid autopay. Next month still no autopay taken. Called said fix it again. Now works. Still no gift card. Called and was told missed a payment on time so no gift card. Told Isik and he was calling boss to get it fixed. SCAM. Go to dish providers.

Went in today to get help with my app for TV on the go they had no clue how to use it they were extremely unhelpful the manager was unfriendly wouldn’t even look at me in the eyes I was in there at 4 o’clock on Monday the 18^th 2016 I will never go back and I am also considering going back to dish Comcast Xfinity in my opinion is not even close to the quality that dish offers. Very disappointed in making the switch i never should’ve done it 13 years with dish I feel guilty now for leaving now. And yes I am going back to dish screw this poor service and lied to

The place makes promises and keeps them. This is important when speaking with someone about promises made by a second and third party (the cable installer and then the contractor who does the alarm setup) when asking a fourth party to uphold it (the person at the office). We had an issue with extra charges long story short and the people we spoke with down there over about 2 weeks got our refund and also got us a $ 200 credit on our account as a gesture of good faith for making so many mistakes. It just goes to show that great customer service is still out there amongst large companies.

Worst experience I have ever experienced in a retail. This is a complete nightmare. NEVER EVER GO INTO THIS LOCATION

your employee with her holier than thou attitude costed you a customer for good. maybe she should take some lessons in humanity. oh but thats not the worst visit. the visit months before the woman ran my husbands credit without even asking! she first asked for his drivers license and snatched it away like he was a leper, then she was saying «because of his credit we would have to pay a deposit» but she never said anything about running credit, she just said she needed the address to see if we can get services. after calling foul i spoke to a manager who set us up with service and i complained about the geeky buck toothed girl with the giant glasses running our credit without a signature and she was trying to say she did nothing wrong so i guess the best i could say that happened there is we got a 50 dollar credit. your lucky i didnt go the BBB with that but maybe i should have. (i know im correct because when i was getting phone service with AT&T they said they needed a signature before they could pull my credit report)

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. 1 star is the lowest you can rate, would have given a negative 5 if possible. This by far, is the worst service provider my husband and I have ever had to deal with. I am not exaggerating either. We get spotty internet and cable is a joke. Even after having 3 separate «technicians» troubleshoot the problem, including rewiring our house. Each time It only improves temporarily, then it’s back to crap internet, crap cable, (phone?), who knows, we never use it. Customer service? All I can say is they obviously have a «script» they run down which always includes, resetting modem, pfft. That has never helped. Once they get past all their, (script) stuff they are out of information or help, so don’t call customer service, unless you just want to waste an hour of your time and to come away from the experience ready to kick something.(??angry much, you say? nah just passionate)

Overall the company has a horrible service record. They just sent me a bill for 8 dollars because I cancelled service I never received (I am not paying for services I didn’t get NOT A DAMN DIME!). I was repeatedly hung up on by their customer service reps when trying to get help with line issues, was threatened to cancel on an appointment by an installer calling me back with some sort of «We don’t know if you are who you say you are» bullshit accusing me of being some other deadbeat by another name not living there, and was even hung up on while trying to cancel the service after a week trying to get set up in the new place. I had enough of it and went to Tacoma’s municipal run Click Cable network instead. Don’t give Comcast your money, don’t visit any of their stores, look for other TV and internet providers.

So Comcast has the worst customer service on their 800 # for 1 I couldn’t understand the man I was talking to! For 2 he could not explain why they stole $ 104. Out of my 82 year old dads credit card He was current on his bill & they couldn’t tell me what the charge was for!!! Oh by the way they WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK TO HIM!!! My Brain hurts trying to make them understand!!! So pissed off!!! Everyone should get rid of them & lets see how they do with no customers!!!

This location had a pretty long line ! But it took only about 15 – 20 mins and we were number 20. So, not that bad ! The Lady that helped me, wasn’t friendly. She barely said anything to us… IMO I wish I got someone else who was more talkative and happy !

The service in the store is very good. The people are friendly and helpful. Their customer service over the phone which you must use for set up is the worst thing in the world. Literally I was on the phone for an hour and at the hour mark they hung up on me. This has happened multiple times. It’s a shame the in store service is the only thing I can review because they do a good job. Other than that Comcast is a terrible company

I ordered internet and cable from Comcast over 3 months ago. I am still waiting for the service to be installed. Working with Comcast is very frustrating as their timelines are very long and vague, and they show little to no concern for their customers. Repeated calls have led to nothing productive other than to call back in a few weeks. I would NOT recommend Comcast to friends, family, or a complete stranger.

Comcast has HORRIBLE customer service and their contractors have no idea what they’re doing. After having 2 contractors come out, the first saying comcast would have to send a crane out and there was nothing he could do, and the second saying the first didnt know what he was talking about shortly before it stumped him as well. After calling just to cancel my cable but trying to keep my internet, the customer service lady simply said «sorry for the inconvenience, BUT there is a fee», even though THEY were the ones unable to fix the issues i was having. Ive always heard bad things about comcast and i wish i wouldve listened. Comcast just lost a customer for life for hiring people that dont care to take the time to resolve customer issues.

They were rude and made me wait 30 min just to pick up a self install box whole 5 of the workers stood around smoking and joking

I had Comcast, the guy came to my house smelly with a buttcrack, so obvious. This was when I was in the Army and new to Fort Lewis. After I had moved, and I decided to get internet again, I was stuck on the highway, trying to get to their office and then when I got there, the «lady“shut the door in front of my face, and said, come back tomorrow-​after I was driving for an hour, and I know I got there (Tacoma) on closing time. When you are in the military, you don’t have always time to do things according to their «business» hour clock and you always rush back and forth to get things done. That is when they have lost a customer for years to come for good, and I decided it was time to have Century Link, I think it was Quest back then. I will never go back to Comcast. Well, the good part about Century Link is, everything is done over the phone, you don’t have to wait in line somewhere, drive somewhere, to request internet services. Plus they gave me a military discount. I thank them for that, they appreciate their military people. Well, now I am in College full time, and I have been with them for almost four years, I never had a problem with them. They were always prompt, helpful with their services. The cable guy came to my new house and was very polite, informative and helpful, when I moved here to switch from one location to another. Plus, you can’t beat the price that they offer. I had my service even downgraded, when I was transitioning from the military, and they were very helpful in providing me a service that fitted my new budget. But everyone’s experience is different, I rather stay with Century Link, I have been happy and they will have me as their customer for many more years to come.

Picture this…6pm on a TUESDAY night… I’ve been here 1 hr… I’m now #6 of 15 people consistently waiting. 2 – 3 people being serviced at one time with 10 work stations for possible employees to work.
Who’s the incompetent manager running this place??? They need to be sitting out here waiting 2 hrs to receive service to sympathize and realize they may need to revamp the work schedule. My guess he/​she scheduled there own lunch during the busiest time of day.

Comcast has THE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I have no idea how they are still in business. I never even got my Internet and cable set up before I returned the equipment and went somewhere else… Two weeks later! Countless hours on the phone arguing and on hold, not to mention the hours spent at there office. I’m disgusted by their dishonesty and sketchiness… lie after lie. Please save yourself a headache and stay far way from comcast.

I hate! Comcast! … They take forever to get on the phone… I’m generally on hold for at least 40 minutes. Go to directv or dish.

They lost my stuff!!! Dropped of my box and they lost it and tried to make me pay for it when it went to collections. Put in a collections sooo I had to put in a request for them to search for it and guess what they found it.

Comcast blows deer for beer money. Seriously,.THERE IS NO DISCOUNT FOR BUNDLING SERVICES. My wife and I have had unreliable internet service for months and finally last night had had enough. This morning my wife called to cancel service because we are switching over to ADVANCED STREAM for internet and still looking for who we are switching cable over to. The rep said «if you were having connectivity problems how come you haven’t called in?» My question back to them is «WHY ARE WE HAVING THESE PROBLEMS IN THE FIRST PLACE? DO YOU THINK I WANT TO VISIT WITH YOU GUYS AFTER A HARD DAYS WORK?»
Anyway, we had this same problem a year ago and going into that with the rep would have been a complete waste of time.
So,…FUCK YOU COMCAST! Were out!
Oh oh,.everyone needs to call and see what you are getting for your «BUNDLED DISCOUNT?» We were paying $ 41.43 a month + $ 8 modem rental for slow, unreliable internet. We will be paying $ 32.95 for RELIABLE internet through Advanced Stream.
Now I know Comcast will counter with «but they dont have 24 hour support.»
Well guess what Comcast? I DON’T WANT 24 HOUR SUPPORT! I DON’T WANT TO CALL YOU IN THE EVENING WHEN I GET HOME FROM WORK! I WANT RELIABLE INTERNET!!!
