Good friendly service with a smile. Great wings and homemade fries. What more do you want? I will definitely be back. This is the one on 38th St. I understand there is one in Lakewood Towne Center also. I can see some wings in my lunch box in the near future.

The wings are just delicious! And I gotta admit their sauces are so good ! The fries. um you definitely have to eat the fries right away because they do tend to get cold and soggy very fast! But other than that I have no complains every time I order from there good wings and good customer service

Today was my first visit at Wingstop and the only reason I stopped was because I had never noticed it before and there was a crowd outside of it so I figured the food must be good. Customer service was ok but they only had one register working which was not good because it’s Super Bowl Sunday and that place was beyond crowded. I had errands to do so I just ordered my food and returned 30 minutes later. My food was ready but I am glad I had them check my order before giving it to me… because it was missing several items. They immediately corrected my order without giving excuses. The wings were good but the garlic parmesan wings need more garlic and seasoning. The other wings were good(mild and Cajun). I would suggest that they put up some doors so you don’t see the kitchen which was a hot mess. All in all I would go there again :)

Had the garlic parm, the wings had no hint of garlic and just the taste of synthetic cheese which i guess is the parm. The wings were subpar, nothing special and equal to the frozen variety you get at the grocery store. The fries were soggy like they were cooked in a fry pan for 2 minutes… all in all the price doesnt justify the quality food. Next the service, they were too slow in cooking 15 pc with fries, took them almost 40 minutes(had no order prior to my order) two people that came after me got their food before me, one with a combo meal and another with a 30 pc classic. Also saw of of the workers eating fries while working just as the fries got out of the fryer. Would never go back to this place rather get wings at hooters. STAYAWAY… bad food and even bad service.

This is my favorite place for wings. But I give this place 2 stars for two reasons. 1) the music is EXTREMELYLOUD inside the restaurant. I feel like I’m in a club. It’s really distracting and irritating, especially when you’re trying to have a conversation with your friend. I actually got a headache last time. The music is fine but please just turn down the volume, your customers would appreciate it! 2) the wait on the app is about 20 mins but it’s closer to 30 mins. I don’t mind waiting for good food but if it takes closer to 30 mins, maybe it’s best to change the time on the phone app so it’s more accurate? But don’t get me wrong, the wings here are really tasty! And so are the fries!

This is more for service than anything. It’s fried wings and sauce. how picky can you really get? Came in more than a few times and made simple orders. sat by the counter with drink in hand for 30min and watched people who came in after me receive their orders before me. This happened at least 3 times already. Didn’t give them a bad review until now… how many more times can they forget my damn order?

So thankful to even have a Wing Stop close by! The wings are ah-mazing. I swear there is some addictive drug in the ranch. I’ve always had good customer service.

Ordered online and still waited 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready! Young guys in there talking to girls rather than working. Bad experience. Hope the food is worth it.

Delicious and hot wings! I would give it more stars if I could say good things about the service. We ordered on line, the server read off the order multiple times and we still got the wrong order :(at least the wrong wings we got were also tasty. Will defiantly go back and hopefully get what we ordered.

Waited until my second trip to write a review. Both trips were to-go, ordered online. The service was good. I was helped right away. Wait time was about the same as I would expect for a pizza, and it was game day so it seemed reasonable. The wings are excellent, easily better than BWW, and less expensive. And after a 20 minute drive home, they were still hot. The restaurant was clean and orderly, would have no issues dining in. This has definitely become my go-to place for wings.

The wings are on point. They could be heavy handed on some of the dry seasoning. I do prefer them over Buffalo Wild Wings. The reason why they get a 3 star is that they are unorganized. And don’t know how to expedite their orders properly. It’s a mad house on game day. And even if you call in your order, you still have to wait through the line, and if you order fries, they don’t drop the fries until you pay. So it can be an extra 5 – 10 mins to get order, even though your wings are done. A lady was waiting for her order for 45 mins because they forgot about her and her fries.

Sorry, the 5 free wings with an order of a combo on Mondays are boneless wings only! Sorry about that! Still, a good way to try a sauce you are curious about!

Wingstop is probably my favorite wing place and I don’t even like wings. I like that my order is made fresh and I don’t mind the wait. Also, the wings are never DRY. Louisiana Rub and Garlic Parmesan is my fave. The two times I’ve been there, I’ve received great customer service and it’s always been clean.

Wingstop is BAE! I’ve found my new favorite flavor! The parmesan & garlic flavor is now my 2nd favorite flavor of mine. The spicy Korean Q is now my favorite flavor! Mmm! The new yard bird flavor spicy Korean Q is like an explosion in my mouth! A party where everyone is invited! I don’t know where they got this new flavor and called it Korean because there’s really nothing Korean about this new flavor. It’s just sriracha and honey but they can call it whatever they want! They can call it devil’s spit and I’ll still try to catch that luggie coming outta Satan’s mouth with my mouth. This new flavor is so good that I caught myself licking the remaining sauce left behind on the wax paper. Do not act like you’ve not done worse things than this. C’mon! This new flavor is fire! Not really hot or spicy. More like a sweet tangy teriyaki sauce but with a little spice. Might be a little salty for some of ya’ll who need to really cut back on your sodium but that’s okay! Just wash it down with a diet Coke lol There is a minimum wait time of 20mins to get your wings, There’s always a wait time! So stop your b*tching about having to wait for your gawt damn wings! You can call ahead and place your order or dine in. Limited space for dining in but it clears out fast. Also, the employees will come around and clear your trash and half-eaten yard bird bones. There are no trash bins for you. Just leave everything on the table and take your butt to Krispy Crème nearby because we all already know your a fatty and heading there anyways.

Guurl this is my place for wings! Nothing but chicken wangs in all kinds of flavors and heat levels. For you Wing Stop virgins I’ll make a command decision for you. Try the garlic parmesan or the wings in the mild seasoning. The mild seasoning has more of a buttery taste and less heat and less vinegary then their original. Wing Stop is a lot cheaper then the joint down the road. The best deal is their combo meals. You can choose between six, eight, or ten piece boneless or wings with up to two flavors. Your combo comes with a drink and thick cut seasoned fries. Wing Stop uses a sweet and salty seasoning on their fries which taste OK to me. I read a lot of complaints about the wait time. Ranger up and change your man-pon because 15 minutes is not that long. It’s worth the wait time to have hot and fresh food. Don’t expect the maître d’ or the head fry cook to come out and ask how was your food because the service is typical for this kind of place. Wing Stop loses one star because the location, bad parking area, and is a pain to get out of because of the busy main street, but other than that get out there and smash on some chicken wangs!

The staff is supper friendly, came here cuhs my hubby and I wanted to check out chick fila that just opened but that line was to much to deal with and we realized wing stop was jst down the street, popped in and the staff took care of us and got our order. We got the 10 piece strip meal for two deal. And it was bomb. Plus the atmosphere the background music was so soothing.

4 out of 5 times, something has either been missing from our order, we were charged for something we didn’t purchase, or the chicken was all skin and bones, literally — no meat. Wish I had saved a picture because it was pretty sad. The one time it was good, it was really good… which is probably the reason why i kept going back… I like consistency and quality and this location lacks that in every possible way. P. S. Don’t order the lemon pepper wings. They are so salty!

The only thing that keeps this place from getting 5 stars is lack of dining area to eat, and the semi lack luster attitude of the staff. If you do not have the menu and how they set up their options memorized it takes a minute or two to decipher it all and the combo offers. The Staff seems impatient that you are not ready to order on coming in the door. Though the quality and quantity of the food makes up for those two points. The Wings are great here.

Wingstop has arrived in Tacoma. The landscape in the food business is changing in this town. The lemon pepper are the best to me followed by the original hot. Been eating at Wingstop since 1995 in Texas. Today has been a good day… heard Magic’s Rude on KUBE93 and now some wings. Cheeehoooo!
