This review is specifically for the pharmacy. Haven’t been to this Walgreens in a while. Called in this evening to see if they can switch a prescription that was ready for pickup at the FW location to this one instead. The phone was answered promptly, to my surprise, as I expected to wait on hold. Suzanne, whom I spoke with, was pleasant and switched it over in about 1 minute and said it would be ready soon. I figured an hour or two but in about 5 minutes I got an automated call and text that the Rx was ready for pickup. I went over some time later and used the drive thru and the gentleman working was friendly and had me out of there in under 2 minutes, if that. I realize good service like this with no particular «wow factor» may not be unusual but it was refreshingly quick, convenient and easy — everything a pharmacy interaction should be.

Your regular Walgreens. Clean and friendly. I came in because my dog got stuck by several wasps and had to get Benadryl. I was in and out with what I needed.
