Vetter Eric A DDS MSD

I went in for my very first Endodontic treatment a day before Thanksgiving believe it or not. During that time of year many specialists were out of town on vacation, but fortunately for me Dr. Vetter’s office happened to be working that week.
I knew that they were very busy, but I appreciate the fact that they made time to see me on an emergency situation. My particular tooth had five canals and it took Dr. Vetter quite some time to complete the treatment. I feel bad that I made the poor guy work so hard to earn his fee for the treatment.
The office atmosphere was very warm, friendly and relaxed. They walked me through every step of the procedure and made me feel comfortable through the process.
I highly recommend Dr. Vetter’s office. They are very professional and have a great chair side manner which helped to make me feel comfortable all the way through the procedure.

First off I want to say Dr. Vetter is great, very friendly and patient. He really took the time to make sure I was informed and comfortable with my decision. I would rate his care at a 5, but rate his office staff a 1 or less. The billing lady made it seem like it was a huge burden for her to have to bill aflac, she called me multiple times in a week looking for payments. Even after trying to explain to her that it takes awhile for aflac to pay, she continued to harass me. So I would be hesitant to have to deal with that again.
