Taco Bell

We go to this Taco Bell now and then. This time was a horrible experience. When i order the fiesta potaoes i ask for them to be cooked fresh and cooked a little extra to assure they are done and just a little crispy. Never had an issue before till now. They refused to even cook a fresh batch. they said they are not allowed to cook anything extra. then when we got to the window they said they wouldnt cook any fresh bites for me. Then when we talked to manager on duty she went back to the first story about not being allowed to cook anything extra… And she said all this with a smart ass smirk on her face. Whatever she is getting paid she is over paid… WOST CUSTOMER SERVICE I;VE EVER HAD!!! Will not be going back to this Taco Bell.

Don’t go to this Taco Bell very often because they’re famous for giving skimpy orders when you order in the drive-​thru, and of course forgetting your sauce and/​or napkins. But the other day I went inside to eat. I was craving Taco Bell. I figured I’d take a chance. Maybe I’d get better food if I went inside. OMG, was I in shock! The dude who took my order was a nut job, and had a foul mouth, but he was at least cool. It was the tacos I got that blew me away! In all the years I’ve been going to Taco Bell, this time I got the absolute BEST, AND BIGGEST tacos I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. The slender (kinda cute) white girl who prepared my 4 soft tacos with added sour cream should get praise from the higher ups! In fact, she should be a Corporate TRAINER, who goes around showing other Taco Bell workers how to make a Taco that the customer will remember and will bring them back! Her tacos were so big, I couldn’t roll them up like I do at other Taco Bell locations! In fact they were huge! And when I opened them all up to add my sauce, I was very impressed. She doesn’t just grab a handful of ingredients and slam it into one part of the taco like others do. Nothing is more annoying than cheese at one end, sour cream at the other end, tomatoes in one clump, lettuce in another, and very little meat. NOT THIS TIME! No, hers were loaded perfectly! ALL the ingredients were evenly spread from one end to the other, and she did NOT skimp on portions! In fact, I wanted to walk up and hand her a $ 5 bill as a tip! But I didn’t have one, so I just went and told the «manager» guy how impressed I was. Of course his response was to let them know on the survey. Anyway, I think from now on I’ll only eat INSIDE this location, and will make SURE that I see that slender white gal working. Otherwise, like every other Taco Bell, you’re taking a chance.

Horrible! Rude employees that act like they obtained a 4 year college degree and are too over qualified to help you, in reality, face it, YOU WORK AT TACO BELL. If you want to act like people are beneath you, please go get that degree and then become something more than a drive thru attendant then let’s talk. Never again, by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to!

The friendliest taco bell I have ever been to. I believe it was the manager that came by and made sure the food was great and that we were having a good day. As we left we were asked again by another employee if everything was good and thank us for stopping by. Pleasantly suprised by the outstanding service in such a crap hole of a town.

It is what is. I won’t go here again got my food but had to wait almost 5 minutes to place my order even though I went inside and no one was in line. After a ten minute wait they even forgot my cinnamon twist. Guess I don’t get dessert.

I just ordered from here and my medium sized drink was full to the top with ice! I had about a cup of liquid, if that, in my drink. Also my Crunch Wrap slider was poorly made, not full at all. Normally I have a great experience in the drive through, but the gal rushed me through, spoke so fast I had to ask why my items in the Crunch Wrap box were given to me in a bag, twice. Slow down! Make items right, cause I pay for them to be that way.

I go to this one every now and then but I must say I just had the best service/​experience. Anthony was probably the best person I’ve ever dealt with in a fast food chain place. It felt like he actually cared about his job. That is rare to find in fast food. Keep up the great service!
Ps my order was not ordinary.

I love Taco Bell and I will never go to at least this Taco Bell ever again. I go often and my order is always missing something and my food seems old, hard, and just gross. It’s a shame. I hope they can fix it. If I ran the place believe mr this kinda stuff wouldn’t happen.
