My name is Jeff Black. I have worked extensively in the billiard industry all of my life. I recognized that there were a lot of low quality businesses in the industry. My goal was to create a business that offers high quality pool table services, backed with a guarantee to my customers. We only use the finest quality materials for instance. Working with my wife for years installing and moving pool tables I finally decided to create the American Billiard Installers Association which offers the only recognized service guarantee in the entire industry. I continue to push out high quality and professional work to my customers.
