I’ve always had a love for helping others. I began assisting people in 1988 and after 12 years in the retail industry, I moved over to the mortgage industry in Aug 2000. When the mortgage industry collapsed in 2007, I went back to school and acquired my Paralegal Degree. I graduated with my A.A.S. degree and went back to work in the mortgage industry. In Aug 2012, I relocated to Washington State, and I have been actively assisting people with getting into their own home and refinancing their existing mortgage loan. I have over 14 years of experience in the mortgage finance industry, and my philosophy to treat clients as if their loan was my own loan, remains unchanged and has yielded a loyal client base. I am knowledgeable in all loan products from conventional and government, to commercial and also hard money loans. No matter your individual situation, I can come up with the proper strategy to get you the loan you need at a rate and price you will be happy with.
