Without a doubt the best tire place in Washington. We’ve been coming here literally for YEARS. Ken, the owner, is absolutely great. My husband and I take all the vehicles in our family here. My husbands work takes all of their work trucks through here and they are based out of Sumner! It is worth the travel for such excellent service! Once after closing, they travelled all the way to Sumner to fix something for us. They are nice people. They’re the kind of folks you send a Christmas card to at the end of the year. Hands down, best place.

I had my Subaru at PIA for repairs. They informed me I had a nail in my tire and I should contact S & S. So I quickly gave them a call and told me to come over. They were very polite and quick about patching my tire. I would defiantly go there again.

I went in to get a couple hub caps I bought somewhere else put on. They did it in a few minutes & didn’t even charge. Then I had an issue with a tire pressure sensor so they ordered it & was replaced 2 days later. No appointment was necessary for this one. They are friendly, honest & very efficient! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks S&S!

Family owned tire company, owned by three brothers and their sister handles the front. She was very nice and friendly. Got a full set of new tires for my Rabbit. Offered us three different types; they were able to install them in a short amount of time. My tires also came with a rebate, and she was helpful in explaining how to fill it out and send it in.
I also needed windshield wipers, but they didn’t have them. She was nice enough to call down to another place and make sure they had them for my car. Greatly appreciated.

My review is solely based off of free tire repair. 5:25ish pm on a Thursday night (which happens to be my sunday) I called and ask if they have time to check a tire for me (they close at 6) guy tells me if I’m there within ten minutes they can check it. I pull up and one of the men there tell me I have a flat, I didn’t even notice it because I was concerned about a different tire! By now its probably 5:35. Luckily they were able to fix it for me. All in all they saved my butt, good customer service. Although the guy on the phone did seem a little rude. Thank you guys!

Been to this place for two new sets of tires. Good staff, who are extremely helpful and willing to go out of there way to make you happy. When they did both of my new tire mounts, they gave me a time and they completed when they said they would. I’m satisfied enough to never go anywhere else!

S & S Tires is the best. My boyfriend got a flat tire last night (there was a screw in it) and we took the car to them this afternoon and they fixed it free of charge (and with an offer of free tire rotation every 1,000 miles.) Apparently they never charge for fixing flats, whether you bought tires there or not. We’ve been here less than 30 minutes and it’s already done. Plus they let a stray in cat in when it’s cold outside :)

Had very great customer service. After getting angry and leaving another tire store, we pulled into S&S and they not only would perform the service (swapping tires and wheels to another vehicle) they got us in immediately The job was also $ 40 cheaper than the other «big name tire store» we originally got a quote from. I will be returning there with all of my other tire issues.

The lobby is small and the lady behind the counter did all she could to not give anyone a time frame. We heard 3 diff times for our car getting new tires. We understood that it was snowing outside but when someone says they have no idea how long it will take to put on 4 tires and they don’t have any clue how many cars are in front of us, that tells me they shouldn’t be the manager. Other than the management that had no clue, the tech svc was great! The techs were friendly, helpfull and fast.
