Terrible service. I would give zero stars if able. The employee lied strait to my face when I asked a question about returns. I used to work for radioshack 10 years ago and never treated costumers like this. I will never return.

This Radio Shack Is Shacked!
For 3 employees working there to me (The Only Customer)
Received no greet
nobody asked me if I needed help
15 minutes that I have been in the store and still no one coming to help me to ask is i needed something and I truly Needed HELP!
(The store is pretty small)
The employees there carried on a conversation and joked
While I was having a very hard time looking for an adapter charger.
When I finally got help the dude who have no name tag (Lucky)
Seemed Dry. No Live energy as he was talking to this other fellow employees.
But hey no name tag its okay I’ll describe him
Big, Tall, Chubby Caucasian man. in his early to hella late 20’s
The other two employees was a girl and a African American male working on 7÷10÷13 @ 2:00pm
Sad… because I wanted to give my money to them…
